bespoke has been providing Daily Office Cleaning services to a wide range of prestigious single and multi-site clients for the past 9 and a half years. Quality control and rigorous management and administration systems have led to our reputation for excellent service, exceptional value for money and a proactive response to our Clients’ needs. Recent innovations include the purchase of a state of the art ‘Magic Pen’ System which uses Bluetooth and mobile phone technology together with special ‘intelligent paper’ to create an instant reporting system for Quality Auditing and tamper-proof Attendance Monitoring for our Clients.

Recently, bespoke has rapidly increased our involvement in public sector and educational contracts, being awarded numerous large contracts for Universities, Schools and Colleges during 2008  to 2011, Regional Contracts covering 22 sites for a premium government client, and 52 sites for a high profile utility company. We have also delivered cleaning services for NHS Clients and on secure sites for defence contractors.

In the private sector, bespoke has also maintained long-term contracts with a wide range of clients from industries as diverse as rail system manufacture and aerospace engineers, to facilities management clients,  insurers and other service industry providers.

In 2009, we focused our energies on increasing our market share in both the private and public sectors and on further enhancing our reputation as a strong, competitive regional Contractor.

For 2010 we planned to further enhance our quality assurance portfolio by working towards accreditation as an Investor in People.

In 2011, we will focus on expanding our formal staff training programmes; maintaining and increasing our market shares in our specialist education, private sector and public sector portfolios; increasing our on-going commitment to the environment by calculating our Carbon Footprint; and further developing our range of Specialist Services.
