Further to bespoke’s successful registration with Achilles, we are delighted to have won the cleaning contract for a prestigious local utilities company through this portal. The contract will cover 52 sites over 2 counties and includes setting up mobile teams to deliver services to remote sites.

On 2nd July 2011, bespoke’s Director of Personnel completed a 10K Race for Life event.  The Race took place at Cheltenham Race Course, and Anna and her friends managed to raise a fantastic £800.00 for the charity.

bespoke is delighted to welcome Kristine Foden who has joined bespoke to provide dedicated Area Supervisory support to our range of contracts in Wales.  Kristine is in the process of visiting all the sites concerned to visit the Clients and bespoke staff, and is looking forward to meeting the challenges to come.

bespoke always puts training and development of our staff at the top of our agenda in providing a top class service to our Clients. bespoke’s Administrators have just completed a further NVQ training programme to Level 3 in Customer Service and Level 3 Management, and our 2011 programme of NVQ Training to Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services for our Operatives has got off to a great start with courses starting for a further 14 Operatives in April.

bespoke has further extended our Education portfolio of Clients this year with the award of another 3 Schools this month.  The contract awards include Schools in Somerset, Warwickshire and the Midlands and encompass a range of specialist education providers.

bespoke has successfully registered with Achilles and we are very excited to be receiving a further range of Requests for Information and Invitations to Tender from high profile potential Clients in the Utilities Sector. bespoke has been rapidly increasing our market share in the Public Sector over the past 2 years and we look forward to working in partnership with further Clients in this area.

As part of our on-going programme of training and development for all employees,  bespoke’s Administrators have just completed a further NVQ qualification in Customer Service to Level 2.  The training was delivered through bespoke’s provider,  CSM Consulting and involved Head Office employees working to provide an even higher level of service to our clients.  bespoke’s Regional Managers have also completed their NVQ Level 3 qualifications in Management this month.

bespoke has been increasingly specialising in public sector contracts over the last 18 months in addition to our thriving private client services.  We are thrilled that we have added a further 5 schools to our cleaning services portfolio since May 2010.

bespoke has always recognised that our employees are at the heart of providing a top quality service to our Clients, and on 24th June 2010,  the Directors of the company hosted a team building event when afternoon tea was served at our Head Office in Thornbury.  The Directors served Head Office staff,  Administrators,  Managers and on-site Contract Managers with a wonderful spread on white linen tablecloths.  Director of Sales,  Mark Woodall noted:  ‘This was a very enjoyable occasion for all but also fulfilled a more serious purpose.  In the current climate,  it is even more important for our staff to feel valued and motivated’.

bespoke’s Regional Managers and Senior Administrators are starting a programme of NVQ training today (16th March 2010) to Level 3 in Management.  bespoke’s training provider,  CSM Consulting will be delivering the NVQ throughout March and April.
